Founder
A senior partner of the firm since 1965. He was a Central Council Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India during 1992 to 2001. He has headed various committees such as Audit Practice Committee, Research Committee, Expert Advisory Committee, Fiscal Law Committee. He was also a Member of Accounting Standard Board and International Affairs Committee. He was President of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association. He was President of Other Professional Associations. Co-opted Member of Executive Committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry 1989-1990. Member of Taxation Committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry for last 25 years. He is conferred with Lifetime Achievement award by All India Federation of Tax Practitioners.
Co-Founder
He is partner with the firm since 1973. He heads the audit practice of the firm. He has vast experience of audit of Central & State Government Corporation, Bank and financial institutions, Insurance Company and other private sector companies and NGOs. He also renders Consultancy on Company Law matters.
Director
A fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he is a partner with the firm since 2010. He is Registered Valuer. He has completed Diploma in information System Audit Course from ICAI. He has an experience in the audit of Public & private sector companies including Finance and Banking sector. He is Associate Director of Crowe Horwath Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd., India.
Audit Partner
He is associated with firm from March 2022 and elevated as partner from July 2023 in audit and assurance. Has experience of more than 10 years in audit and assurance vertical. He has an experience in the audit of Public & private sector companies, Ind AS conversion and other assurance engagements.
Tax Partner
He is associated with the firm Since July 2016 and promoted as partner from 2018. He heads the Direct tax Advisory Services.
